Terms & Condtions for Darshan
- All bookings are final and not allowed for cancellation/Prepone/Postpone once the passes got generated. Only if the temple is not operative, reschedule can be done.
- All pilgrims have to show the same original Photo ID used during booking at the time of entry at Special Entry Darshan Gate (Tirumala). For child Below 12 years, entry will be free. The Age proof has to be produced for children below 12 years.
- The pilgrims shall wear Traditional Dress only. Male: Dhoti, Shirt / Kurtha, Pyjama. Female: Saree / Half Saree / Chudidar with Dupatta.
- In Case of APSRTC/TSRTC/APTDC Quota, Darshan pass will be available with bus pass. Travelling by bus is not necessary. The bus pass is just for taking as a print and carry with Darshan Pass. Darshan passes are not valid without bus pass. Bus pass taken with SED Darshan pass (APSRTCTSRTC Quota) will not be allowed for cancellation. In case of APTDC, Cancellation can be done with a Cancellation Charge of 20 %. Take print of both bus pass & Darshan pass and report at special entry Darshan gate to get entry 30 Minutes prior to your darshan time.
- Pilgrims should not carry any luggage/cell phones/electronic gadgets while reporting at special entry gate.
- Cancellation will be done only if the Darshan Passes have not been generated from our side. In that case, a Cancellation charge of 20% will be debited. Refund will be completed within 5-7 working days from the time of cancellation processed. Once the Passes Got Generated, no Any kind of Cancellation/Prepone/Postpone will be allowed
- Entry with foot wear is not permitted into the queue lines, mada streets and Temple.
- TTD reserves the right of cancellation of Darshan under Special Circumstances.
